Description:       National Science Foundation Division of Mathematical Sciences (DMS) provides support for research and training conferences, workshops, and related educational events for the mathematical sciences community. Priorities are to support meetings that explore frontiers of mathematical sciences, and connect the mathematical sciences with other science and engineering disciplines. There is an emphasis on promoting breadth and diversity among individual and institutional participants, especially those without other federal support. Most funds are expected to support students, junior investigators, postdoctoral scholars, and members of groups that are underrepresented in the mathematical sciences.
