Funding Varies Per Proposal – Wells Fargo knows that long-term success is directly linked to the success of their customers and the communities they serve. Through a combination of strategic relationships with local and national nonprofits, grants, volunteer activities, and other community investments, they creating solutions that help strengthen the communities in which they operate and grow local economies around the world.

Financial education and capability: In 2017, more than 1.5 million people visited Hands on Banking® via handsonbanking.org and 3,864 team members educated 227,007 children and adults about responsible money management. 40.3% of surveyed adult participants reported increased confidence in their ability to gain control of their financial situation. Hands on Banking is a public service offered by Wells Fargo that is a free, engaging, non-commercial program that provides people with the knowledge and skills to help them take control of their financial future.

Higher education: In 2017, Wells Fargoprovided $4.6 million in scholarships and programming that specifically benefit students from lower- and middle-income backgrounds and those who are first-generation college attendees. Partners include:
