New York City Science Fair – March 6, 2011

NYCSEF, the largest high school research competition in NYC, is sponsored by the New York City Department of Education and the City University of New York. Each year, hundreds of students participate from all over the five boroughs.

The Preliminary Round for NYCSEF 2011 will be held on Sunday, March 6, 2011 at The City College of New York. Projects scoring in the top 25% of each category will be invited to theFinals Round on Tuesday, March 29, 2011at The American Museum of Natural History. The top 15 to 20 scoring students will be selected to represent NYC at the International Science and Engineering Fair Finals in Los Angeles, CA to compete for over $4,000,000 in scholarships and awards.  Results from ISEF 2010 posted Here.

The NYCSEF 2011 Applications will be available in September. Students interested in participating in future NYCSEF events are encouraged to review the rules, guidelines, and eligibility information.
