The Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC), in support of the Department of Defense (DoD) Scientific and Technical Information Program, solicits student
papers for consideration on the agenda of its annual conference. Selected student authors will be invited to present their papers at the 2011 DTIC Conference, April 4-6, 2011 in Alexandria, VA (see http://www.dtic.mil/dtic/announcements/conference.html).
